All intellectual property rights in Data Modeler — including but not limited to its design, code, and branding — belong to AarKayStudio. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of AarKayStudio.
Data Modeler is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AarKayStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
